Sales Executive – Automotive aftermarket

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at Motor-X India Mobility Pvt. Ltd., a fast-scaling automotive solutions company incubated at Anna University. The role is based in Chennai and focuses on expanding our distribution network for radiator coolants and lubricants across the region.

This is a field sales position – you will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and automobile workshops in Chennai.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical/quality benefits.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in automotive spare parts/lubricants preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license (mandatory).
• Communication: Tamil (required), Basic English (preferred).

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience).
