Team Member Sales

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented freshers to join our sales team as Sales Executives. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process, with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify and follow up on potential leads through calls, emails, and messages.
• Customer Engagement: Handle incoming sales inquiries, answer client questions, and explain product/service benefits.
• Sales Process Management: Assist in managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Sales Support: Prepare sales materials, maintain records, and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any Engineering Bachelor's Degree (B.E/B.Tech) electrical or mechanical.
• Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers welcome).
• Key Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written), persuasive attitude, problem-solving, basic understanding of sales/marketing principles, and high energy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
