Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
Ensure prompt and courteous service at all times.
Handle customer complaints or queries professionally.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Assist in food preparation and plating as per hygiene and quality standards.
Maintain freshness and presentation of food items.

Operations & Cleanliness:

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

Cash Handling & POS:

Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
