Position: Team Leader – Tele-Sales
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to manage our tele-sales team. The role involves leading, motivating, and monitoring team performance to ensure sales targets and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of tele-sales executives
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
Conduct training and feedback sessions
Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
Requirements:
2–4 years of tele-sales experience, including 1 year as Team Leader
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-driven with good problem-solving ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
