Job description
A Tele caller Team Leader manages and motivates a team of tele callers, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high-quality customer interactions. This role involves coaching, training, performance monitoring, and handling escalated customer issues. They also contribute to process improvement and reporting.
Experience
Tele caller/ telesales experience (3 to 4 years)
