As a Level 2 Support Analyst for Finacle CRM, your role involves providing support for Finacle CRM issues and ensuring the maintenance and support of CRM-related applications. You will be responsible for raising CRFs for change requests and following up on their implementation. Additionally, you will be required to participate in testing related projects and system upgrades. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide L2 support for Finacle CRM issues - Ensure maintenance and support for CRM-related applications - Raise CRFs for change requests and follow up on implementation - Involve in testing of related projects and system upgrades **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech / B.E.
