Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers to achieve project goals.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of software modules.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide the team in problem-solving.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance assessments, and training sessions.
Ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability in all deliverables.
Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in software development using technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Angular, React, or relevant tech stack.
Hands-on experience in system design, architecture, and development lifecycle.
Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
