• • Set individual sales targets and develop sales plans to meet these goals
  • Monitor the teams sales performance and report on metrics
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
  • Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to assess company progress
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify and reach out to potential clients
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them to maintain trust

*Salary: upto 45k in hand

• Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply

• 1 year Team leader (Sales) Experience required
