Team leader role - Wealth Management

As a Team Leader for the Wealth Management vertical in Mumbai with Fastidious Findings, a premium HR solutions provider, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate a team focused on acquiring HNI clients, both Affluent and Super Affluent. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, generating AUM from preferred clients, and advising Affluent clients on their investments and financial portfolios. Your role will involve tracking the Affluent and Super Affluent client segment in the market for new client acquisition, researching and updating the team on available investment opportunities and financial market trends, and coordinating with the product and research team for investment decisions. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities to support the growth of the Wealth Management vertical. To excel in this position, you should hold an MBA/PGDM or Graduate degree in Finance/Marketing or have a focused education in Financial Planning/Wealth Management. Additional qualifications such as CFP will be advantageous. You should have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in handling HNI relationships, sales, and financial planning of HNI clients in the BFSI sector. Your experience should include client acquisitions, relationship management, and service delivery to HNI clients, along with a strong understanding of business and market dynamics.
