Description
As a Revenue Management Analyst at MetLife, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Participating in the annual planning cycle and rolling forecasts, including developing annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts with detailed variance commentary reporting. - Facilitating the planning cycle calendarization, setting up review mechanisms, and preparing formats (Excel / PowerPoint / MetLife systems) for consolidation and presentations to Management. - Engaging in front-end discussions with Service Delivery and Functions to prepare monthly invoices, raising the monthly invoice to all stakeholders, and aligning with Enterprise systems. - Collaborating with the central team for all consolidation and monthly variance reporting. - Managing expenses through the annual planning cycle and rolling forecasts, including front-end discussions to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts. - Ensuring accurate reporting of all expense variances in line with Business / Management expectations. - Tracking and reporting all financial and non-financial drivers, conducting periodic variance analysis and reviews working with budget owners. - Analyzing business performance, preparing monthly financial performance reviews, variance analysis, closure, and trending analysis against previous months and budgets, and supporting Corporate submissions. - Preparing reporting packs, adhoc decision support/review reports, and analysis for various projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: MBA / CA / CFA - Experience: Total experience of 2-4 years, with relevant experience of 3 years. - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in consolidation and reporting for Corporate stakeholders. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and provide valuable insights to the business. - Good written and oral communication skills. - Strong comprehension of the English language. - Ability to establish priorities, handle multiple assignments concurrently, and work independently or in a team environment. - Self-disciplined and results-oriented.
