About the Role:
Meesho is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and scale First Mile Hub Operations in Lucknow. You will lead a team, ensure smooth pickups & dispatch, maintain KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day hub operations for first-mile logistics
✅ Lead, train & motivate the hub team
✅ Ensure timely pickups, dispatch & SLA adherence
✅ Monitor KPIs, maintain reports & optimize costs
✅ Collaborate with regional teams for process improvement
Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
