Team Leader - Electronics Simulation & Reliability

Your role will involve leading the electronic design analysis team in Pune and Lindau, coordinating internal and external engineers, researching and developing electronic simulation and reliability solutions, collaborating with hardware engineering, optimizing processes, conducting design reviews, and documenting work packages. Qualifications required for this role include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, several years of professional engineering experience, practical knowledge in at least one of the domains such as thermal/structural simulations, SI-/PI-simulation, or reliability prediction. Experience in product development related to EMC and safety guidelines, high-speed digital design, and/or HV design is necessary. You should have the ability to work both independently and in a team, possess strong communication skills, work efficiently and systematically, be solution-oriented, and have proficiency in both German and English languages. Experience in leading international teams, strong organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are also essential.
