Team Leader - Domestic Voice Process

You will have 2 to 4 years of experience for this role. Your main responsibilities will include planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating operations. You will conduct regular meetings with the Team to drive them towards achieving the required results. Setting goals and targets for the team, identifying training requirements for the department, and conducting training sessions will be part of your routine tasks. Regularly updating the knowledge base and communicating process updates with team members is also essential. Handling client and customer level escalations and implementing strategic solutions in problematic areas in a timely manner are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you may be required to perform any additional duties assigned by the management. To be eligible for this position, you must possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil. You should be flexible to work on a rotational week off schedule. Experience in team handling in a domestic voice process is a mandatory requirement. Immediate joiners are preferred.
