Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi.

Graduation- Degree Mandatory

Salary range : Upto 8 LPA

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs experience in any BPO. Team handling experience is a must.

Shift: Night Shift (5 days/week)

Working Days- Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a BPO voice process
• At least 2 years of proven experience in managing a customer service team
• Inbound call experience is mandatory
• Strong expertise in shrinkage and attrition management
• Demonstrated ability in leadership, coaching, team motivation, and conflict resolution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
