Team Lead - Web Designer

You will have a strong eye for design, an in-depth understanding of design and front-end development, and proven leadership abilities. As a Team Lead, you will guide and mentor a team of designers and developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication and ability to convey technical concepts to team members and clients. - Design and develop user-friendly, responsive websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, or other web development tools. - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and brand identity to create custom websites that meet their needs. - Implement website customizations, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. - Maintain and enhance existing websites by adding new features or improving functionality. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of websites. - Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and security. - Work closely with the design team to implement UX/UI best practices. - Conduct regular website testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and compatibility. - Integrate third-party services and tools, such as email marketing, eCommerce solutions, and CRM systems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies. - Proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other front-end development frameworks. - Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc. - Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, and Kajabi is a plus. - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. - Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, MySQL) is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
