Team Lead - Vendor Qualification & Audits(CQA)

1. Preparation of Audit Planner & Conduct vendor audits.

2. Reviewing the audit agenda, support in qualification and Requalification process.

3. Identification, selection and evaluation of new potential raw material, packing and consumable Materials vendors, External Service Providers.

4. To generate, review and update Quality agreements between Strides and vendors.

5. To review and update the Vendor Quality performance system by updating the direct rejection and online rejection for all Critical Raw Materials and Packing Materials Vendors, Periodic requalification of Vendors.

6. Assessing the repeated supplier quality issues and CAPA from supplier for raw materials and packaging materials and ESP vendors

7. Review of the documents for the Approval / Rejection / Blocking/Deblocking of the vendors in coordination with SCM / SSD/ Plant QA and Regulatory function

8. Review of External Audit Report, Evaluation of observations and ensure closure with CAPA.

9. Tracking and closure of audit observations, to manage the external service providers for contract testing laboratories and ESP.
