Location : Jodhpur, Jaipur , Indore , Prayagraj , WFH Experience: 2 to 5 Years in sales To ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met. Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Assisting team in closing the sales. Ensuring that the executives meet targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved. Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels. Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly monitoring executives. Achieve KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and productivity targets for the team. DO KRA (Key Result Area) management and reporting. Give timely & real-time feedback with a view to improving calls. Absenteeism and absence management. Ensure Login hours are maintained as per set standards. Maintaining the lead hygiene of the team. Skills Required: Sales Oriented, Good Communicaon skills, Team Handling, Sales Management,Microsoft Office Suite
