We are looking for a Data Scientist who can leverage data-driven insights to enhance our learning experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy predictive models, recommendation systems, and statistical analysis to improve user engagement and learning outcomes. Work with large-scale educational datasets to extract insights and optimize student learning paths. Design A/B testing strategies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of product features. Implement machine learning algorithms to personalize learning content and improve platform efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive data-informed decision-making . Develop and maintain dashboards & reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools . Ensure data integrity, quality, and security in all analytical processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field . Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python/R & SQL for data analysis and model building. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems . Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset . Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
