Currently we have openings for Team Lead US Non IT/Engineering Recruitment Executives

Job Scope:

We are expanding our team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.

In addition to having the technical skill and qualification, candidates must have a clear understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work laws.

Responsibilities:

Must have Hands on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in US Staffing.

Should have relevant working experience with MSP/VMS based clients or Direct Clients.

Utilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities.

Good in sourcing and screening candidates using various job sites like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.

Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn.

Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand the needs of the positions and technical skills required.

Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.

Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.

Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.

Required skills:

  • 5 - 7 years of work experience as an US Non-IT/Engineering recruiter and 2+ years of experience as a team lead on paper.
  • Experience on W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire job orders with Direct Clients / MSP is a must.
  • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the Non-IT sector.
  • Experience in working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
