Team Lead Systems (C++)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code. Your role will involve implementing performance and quality modules, identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems. Additionally, you will help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. As a team leader, you will lead a team of 3 to 8 people, providing a strong focus on delivery and coaching. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code - Implement performance and quality modules - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization - Lead a team of 3 to 8 people comprising module leader with a strong focus on delivery and coaching Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in developing software - Strong & extensive exposure to C++ programming and application development - Deep understanding and extensive experience of applying advanced object-oriented design and development principles - Experience in applying software design patterns - Experience with unit testing (preferably utilizing Test Driven Development) and tools - Linux System programming (Multi-threading, IPC, Shared Memory, socket etc) - Strong debugging and problem resolution skills Additional Details: The department for this role is Software Development.
