Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, site visits, and referrals.
Handle customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.
Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer data.
For Sales Manager role:
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in real estate sales (13+ years depending on role).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong bargaining and negotiation abilities.
Pleasing personality with a professional attitude.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education:

Graduate or equivalent (preferred).
