Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
Develop, maintain, and optimize front-end applications using
React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
, and other modern tools.
Contribute to backend services using
Java / Spring Boot
(if full-stack).
Ensure code quality through reviews, unit tests, and best practices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues.
Work from Pune office and coordinate with remote/global teams as needed.

Required Skills

4 to 6 years of hands-on development experience.
Strong expertise in
React.js
, including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management (Redux/MobX).
Experience with
Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
(full-stack profile).
Good knowledge of
TypeScript
,
JavaScript (ES6+)
, HTML, CSS, REST APIs.
Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services.
Strong understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
Ability to lead a small team, provide guidance, and resolve technical blockers.
