Team Lead - QR Sales - Tamil Nadu

You will be responsible for increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox products to merchants across multiple locations by utilizing proper channels effectively. Your main tasks will include: - Growing Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations. - Ensuring Visibility Accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and product sales. - Identifying and Recruiting a sales team to align business goals and drive sales in the market. - Coaching and mentoring the team effectively, demonstrating quick learning abilities and application of new ideas. - Planning the market size, geographical span, and strategies for Field Sales Executives (FSE). - Devising effective communication methods to minimize the gap between expectations and delivery. - Monitoring Quality parameters as per management guidelines. - Validating and conducting audits on team acquisitions and sales. - Ensuring team members are actively present in the market for regular sales and usage. - Demonstrating strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
