As a Python Team Lead with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating technical designs that cater to varying client requirements. Your expertise in Django and Flask will be crucial in evaluating project requirements, preparing estimates, and producing high-quality code that meets production standards. Additionally, you should have a strong grasp of software development methodologies and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Your role will involve working with AGILE methodology, writing code that passes unit tests in an agile and test-driven development environment, and managing software, code, and modules in production. Key Responsibilities: - Create technical designs to meet diverse client requirements - Evaluate project needs and provide accurate estimates - Produce production-level grade code using Python - Work with AGILE methodology and collaborate effectively with team members - Write code that passes unit tests and adheres to test-driven development practices - Manage software, code, and modules in a production environment Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in Scrapy, Flask, Python, and Django - Proficiency in RDBMS such as PostgreSQL and MySQL - Familiarity with HTML5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery - Experience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS or Angular - Knowledge of Linux platform and deployment architecture - Proficiency in Docker and preferably Kubernetes - Experience in CICD, with hands-on experience in Jenkins and GIT Workflow - Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean - Proficiency in source control management tools, with Git being preferred - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Positive approach, self-motivated, and well-organized (Note: The additional details of the company are not provided in the Job Description.)
