Team Lead-Ops Risk Mgmt IND

As an ORM Control Testing Lead at Ameriprise India LLP, you will play a crucial role in leading the execution of ORM Control testing plans for multiple Business Units. Your responsibilities will include managing workload and the operation of a team, reviewing and approving control test results from both design and operating perspectives, and assisting with the issuing, reporting, and follow-up of Control Action Plans. Tracking identified control deficiencies, assessing exposure and significance, and delivering enhancement recommendations are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the more complicated portions of the ORM Controls testing plans by BU and complete work within established timelines. - Provide quality review of control deficiencies across the team. - Offer coaching and tactical training to team members. - Review closure plans when actions are complete and identified deficiencies have been addressed. - Gather information and provide input into risk assessments in conformance with department standards. - Prepare and review data summary analysis reports and presentations for consumption by impacted teams and leadership. - Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to other program standards such as Governance, REVs, RCSA, Process Reviews, and Change Risk. - Utilize Audit and Risk Analytics skills along with business knowledge. - Possess experience in financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance) and operational risk or working in a large-scale operations discipline. - Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
