Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO/chat process
Strong understanding of operational metrics and service KPIs
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
Flexible to work in night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week offs
Willingness to work from office (Hyderabad location only)
Proficient in handling chat tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Based out of Hyderabad
Prior experience in a US/UK international chat process
Able to join immediately or within a short notice period
