Team Lead - Odoo

As an experienced Odoo Developer, you should have a total experience of 5-15 years with a minimum of 5-6 years in Odoo development with the latest version. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and delivering high-quality projects with a proven track record - Hands-on experience with Odoo's default modules such as Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Accounting - Proficiency in Python with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts - Extensive knowledge of Odoo's functional aspects and the ability to map customer requirements to Odoo solutions - In-depth understanding of third-party integrations with Odoo and experience in implementing them - Leading and managing a team of developers, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members - Promoting best practices in Odoo development and fostering a collaborative work environment Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent) - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Odoo development Additionally, advantageous experience in Odoo Point of Sale (POS) would be beneficial for this role.
