Team Lead – Node.js & Java (Microservices | AWS | MongoDB)

Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of backend developers, fostering best practices, ensuring high-quality code, and driving performance excellence.

Design & Develop: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Node.js and Java (Spring Boot) for enterprise-grade applications.

Cloud Implementation: Build and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS using services like EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3, ensuring secure and resilient deployments.

DevOps Integration: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and conduct thorough code reviews to uphold engineering standards.

System Optimization: Continuously enhance system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance across distributed architectures.

Architecture Ownership: Lead system design discussions, participate in architecture reviews, and enforce robust coding standards and design principles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Monitoring & Security: Implement effective logging, monitoring, documentation, and adhere to security best practices including OAuth2 and JWT

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in microservices, cloud technologies, and backend frameworks, driving innovation within the team.

Pay: ₹700,186.39 - ₹966,419.36 per year
