As a Team Lead - Backend at Massive Mobility, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the Backend web application. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. You will collaborate with the engineering and product teams to define specifications for new features and lead the development of those features. Your expertise in coding and knowledge of different software systems and product architectures will be essential in guiding the team towards success. **Role & Responsibilities:** - Work with the team to develop and maintain the Backend web application - Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define specifications for new features and lead development - Define and implement web services and application backend microservices - Guide the team on constraints and best practices in a web platform environment - Proactively identify and solve bottlenecks, fix bugs, and performance issues - Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization - Ensure testing strategy is followed within the team - Support the services you build in production - Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges - Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases - Conduct code reviews and deployments **Requirements:** - 6+ years of total work experience - At least 4+ years of relevant experience in developing applications with NodeJS/NestJs - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Experience in designing loosely coupled, service-oriented systems - Understanding of object-oriented design principles Please note that Massive Mobility is an EV charging company that is focused on building an intelligent, connected network of charging solutions for various types of EVs.
