Team Lead - Node.js Framework

As a Team Lead - Backend at Massive Mobility, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the Backend web application. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. You will collaborate with the engineering and product teams to define specifications for new features and lead the development of those features while maintaining a high standard of code quality. Your role will involve defining and implementing web services and application backend microservices. Additionally, you will guide the team on best practices and constraints in a web platform environment, proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues. It will be your responsibility to maintain code quality, organization, and automation, ensuring that the testing strategy is followed within the team. You will be expected to support the services you build in production, solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges, and troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases for robust optimization and functionality. Code reviews and deployment will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in developing applications with NodeJS/NestJs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Experience in designing loosely coupled, service-oriented systems and a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles are also required.
