Team Lead - Mobile App

As a motivated and experienced Team Lead - Mobile Development at DigiMantra, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of mobile applications across platforms (iOS and Android). Your responsibilities will include leading a team of mobile developers, collaborating with product managers and designers, and contributing to the technical strategy and architecture of our mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying native and/or hybrid mobile applications. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you will define project requirements and timelines. In addition, you will mentor and coach team members, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality and performance. To excel in this role, you should have an MCA/BCA degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development. Expertise in native (iOS/Android) and/or hybrid mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is essential. Proficiency in programming languages like Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, or Dart is required. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, experience with version control systems, and knowledge of mobile security protocols and performance optimization techniques. Staying up-to-date with mobile technology trends, frameworks, and tools is crucial, as is troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, testing, and production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobile applications with back-end services and APIs. Experience in Agile development methodologies and familiarity with cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, automated testing, and continuous integration are preferred.
