Team Lead (MERN stack)

As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for handling and delivering projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping, and final execution. Your role will involve hands-on expertise in JavaScript technologies such as Node (Express, Sails, Koa), React, Angular, Vue, and Typescript, as well as experience in PHP frameworks like Laravel, Codeigniter, Yii & CakePHP. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project scope and handle change requests (CR) - Interact with clients to create technology specifications from business requirements - Guide the team in defining technical architecture and finalizing the DB schema - Plan and allocate work to the team, set priorities, and ensure tasks are completed within the allocated time frame - Monitor development activities, report project progress, and provide technical guidance/support - Modify and troubleshoot applications and programs during the development phase - Liaise with the project team to deliver projects as per scheduled milestones - Work hands-on in critical situations to ensure scheduled delivery - Establish communication channels between the team and other departments - Contribute to resource allocation and provide estimations for projects - Identify project risks and share information with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in client handling and team management - Technical skills: MERN stack (mandatory) - Excellent communication skills If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please apply and share your resume at hr@devtrust.biz.
