Team Lead - Java/Spring/TypeScript

You will have the exciting opportunity to lead the backend development team of our mobile gaming projects at Octro. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the projects meet all requirements and deadlines successfully. Your main responsibilities will revolve around leading and mentoring a team of backend engineers across various projects and domains. You will be working with backend technologies including Java, Spring, Typescript, and more to translate game requirements into clean, scalable, and efficient code. Additionally, you will be developing backend services for new features, creating schedules, implementing prototypes for gameplay ideas, and collaborating with different teams to maintain product quality. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of Rest APIs, webservices, and programming languages like Java, Typescript, and JavaScript. It is also essential to have experience with code versioning tools and a strong grasp of Java frameworks. Prior experience in gaming development, client-server applications, and knowledge of Jira will be advantageous.
