We’re expanding our team at Indore and looking for an experienced Team Lead – BFSI / Non-IT Recruitment.

Location: Indore

Experience:

* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in BFSI / Non-IT Recruitment (mandatory)

* Prior experience in team handling is required

* Exposure to hiring across Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Broking, or other Non-IT domains is a plus

Role Highlights:

* Lead and manage a team of recruiters

* End-to-end recruitment for BFSI / Non-IT roles

* Client coordination and stakeholder management

* Offer rollout, documentation & joining formalities

* Drive team targets and ensure timely closures
