Team Lead- Generative AI/AI/ML Specialist

As a Data Scientist / Team Lead specializing in Generative AI (GenAI), you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models to address real-world business challenges. Your expertise in LLMs, GANs, RAG frameworks, and transformer-based architectures will be crucial in developing production-ready solutions across various domains. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and fine-tuning Generative AI models such as LLMs, GANs, and Diffusion models. You will also work on RAG and transformer-based architectures for contextual responses and document intelligence. Additionally, customizing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific applications, building and maintaining ML pipelines, collaborating with engineering teams, and staying updated on the latest GenAI research will be part of your role. It will also involve analyzing model outputs, evaluating performance, and ensuring ethical AI practices. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace Transformers. A deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, GANs, Autoencoders, and other GenAI architectures is essential. Experience with fine-tuning models using techniques like LoRA and PEFT, familiarity with Vector Databases, and expertise in working with datasets, data preprocessing, and synthetic data generation are required. Knowledge of NLP, prompt engineering, language model safety, APIs, model deployment, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure is also necessary. It would be beneficial if you have prior experience with Chatbots, Conversational AI, or AI Assistants, familiarity with LangChain, LLMOps, or Serverless Model Deployment, and a background in MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Meta LLaMA models is a plus.
