As a full-stack development team lead, your role involves leading, mentoring, and managing a team of developers to design and develop user-friendly web applications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining frontend applications using React.js and developing scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of full-stack developers. - Designing and developing user-friendly, high-performance web applications. - Building and maintaining frontend applications using React.js. - Developing scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js. - Architecting and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices. - Collaborating with product, design, and QA teams. - Reviewing code and ensuring best practices in performance, security, and scalability. - Planning sprints, estimating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery. - Troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing applications. - Ensuring proper documentation and technical standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and Redux. - Strong backend experience with Express.js/NestJS. - Knowledge of Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL. - Experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture. - Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. - Exposure to authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth). - Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring. Additionally, it would be good to have experience with Next.js, knowledge of GraphQL, experience with Kubernetes, understanding of system design and performance optimization, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
