Team Lead - Full Stack

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions using the Tech Stack of Asp.Net, C#, and SQL. Your role will involve working on various technical aspects like API's, MVC, MS SQL Server, and performance optimizations for SQL databases. Additionally, you will be required to handle project ownership, delivery management, documentation, communication, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Have experience in c#, ASP.Net, API's, MVC, etc. - Possess strong experience in MS SQL Server and designing complex relational databases. - Hands-on experience in performance optimizations on SQL database/query. - Ability to write SQL queries for complex relational databases. - Demonstrate good problem-solving skills. - Experience in effort estimation, planning, task assignment, and status tracking. - Manage complete software lifecycle from requirement gathering/discussion to deployment and maintenance. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in team management and collaboration. - Uphold good work ethics and provide motivation to team members. - Capable of preparing technical documentation such as design docs, deployment guides, and user manuals. - Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal presentations.
