Team Lead - Full Stack

As a highly skilled and experienced Laravel Developer, you will be joining our growing development team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop scalable web applications and APIs using PHP and the Laravel framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain cutting-edge web applications, and optimize them for speed, scalability, and security. Additionally, you will create and maintain RESTful APIs, troubleshoot software, and participate in all phases of the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain cutting-edge web applications using Laravel. - Build reusable code and libraries for future use. - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and QA. - Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality. - Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP. - Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development. - Proficiency in MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and HTML/CSS. - Experience with version control tools like Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
