Team Lead - Full Stack

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using the tech stack which includes Asp.Net, C#, and SQL. Your role will involve working on various projects, ensuring project delivery, handling team collaboration, and communicating effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Have experience in C#, ASP.Net, Api's, MVC, and other related technologies - Strong experience in MS SQL Server and designing complex relational databases - Hands-on experience in performance optimizations on SQL databases/queries - Writing SQL queries for complex relational databases - Proficient in effort estimation, planning, task assignment, and status tracking - Managing multiple projects simultaneously - Leading a team and fostering collaboration - Preparing technical documentation such as design docs, deployment guides, and user manuals - Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal presentations Qualifications Required: - Education Qualification: BE/B Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science & IT - Minimum Years of Experience: 8-10 years - Type of Employment: Permanent - Location: Bangalore & Jabalpur - Work Mode: Work from office Please Note: The company's additional details were not provided in the job description.,
