Skills And Competencies
4+ years in credit/financial data analysisSkilled at identifying and evaluating key risk factors with minimal guidance.Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and manage priorities.Effectively engage with lead/support analysts to resolve complex issues.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in SQL is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Finance, Economics or Business/AccountingFluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Lead projects supporting data, ratings, research, analytical outreach and apply specialized technical knowledge to guide junior team members and lead process improvements.Lead data, ratings, research, and analytical outreach projects while driving process re-engineering, efficiency improvements, and successful change implementation.Manage complex BAU tasks, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables, including resolution of non-standard outputs.Independently engage with stakeholders, coordinate work allocation, and manage workload pipelines to meet deadlines.Train new hires, mentor team members, and provide technical/process guidance on data validation, research, and ratings tasks.Conduct reviews of complex work, deliver constructive feedback, and implement targeted training to enhance accuracy and performance.Lead or participate in strategic projects and working groups, partnering across departments to refine processes and achieve business goals.
