Team Lead FC&A - Elastomers

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Expertise in preparing financial reports and models. - Leading the treasury activities for RIL Joint Venture with SIBUR (Petrochemical Butyl Rubber). - Managing cash flows, investments, forex, and working capital of the JV company. - Providing financial support to the JV company via ECB Loan, Working Capital facilities, Capex financing facilities, Trade finance & Equity / Debt support from sponsors. - Liaising with bankers, rating agencies, legal experts, and consultants. - Preparing monthly reports on Financial Performance (P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet). - Managing financial models for the JV. - Preparing presentations for Board and Audit committee meetings, joint review meetings with SIBUR. Qualifications required for this role: - CA qualification with not more than 3 attempts. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the preferred industry for this role is Oil and Gas, Manufacturing.
