Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of advanced
DC-DC converters, motor drive electronics, ECU/driver circuits, and power distribution units
for aerospace applications.
Architect and review
radiation-tolerant and high-reliability electronics
(space, defense, and industrial systems).
Define
system-level specifications
, perform design reviews, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards (MIL, ECSS, IPC, DO-160, etc.).
Guide the team in
component selection
(industrial, AEC-Q, mil-grade, rad-hard) considering cost, reliability, and availability.
Oversee
PCB design, EMI/EMC compliance, thermal design, and reliability analysis
.
Collaborate with firmware/software teams for
motor control algorithms, actuator control electronics, and satellite subsystem interfaces
.
Manage
project schedules, resource planning, and documentation
.
Mentor and upskill junior engineers, fostering a
culture of innovation and high quality
.
Interface with stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure technical and program alignment.
