Team Lead

As an experienced HTML Lead Developer with 5+ years of front-end development expertise, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers to ensure the best coding practices and deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the front-end development team, providing technical guidance and leadership. - Develop, review, and optimize HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript code for web applications. - Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and responsive design. - Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews and mentoring team members. - Stay updated on modern UI/UX trends, frameworks, and front-end technologies. - Work on accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and SEO-friendly coding practices. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years of proven front-end development experience. - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive design. - Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. - Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred). - Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior developers. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Good to Have:** - Knowledge of SASS/LESS, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI. - Experience in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.). - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). **Education:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
