Job Description

1. Roles & Responsibilities Own end-to-end management of LOS/LMS applications and change initiatives. Define tech requirements, manage vendor development using Agile, resolve issues. Track project status, risks, and milestones; ensure timely partner go-live. Work on agile implementations ensuring timely delivery and technical accuracy. Understand secured/unsecured lending and products like CFG, CMG, INFRA, SCF, LCMM. Recommend tech changes aligned to business needs and industry trends. Lead business case development and stakeholder alignment. Identify and pilot new technologies; review system integration needs. Enhance customer focus, segmentation, and product/service development. Foster cross-team collaboration; support team delivery and development. Support IT strategy formulation and risk-benefit analysis. Promote new technology use; assess service gaps. Participate in vendor evaluation, SLA governance, and dispute resolution. Drive product design, testing, and delivery across multiple releases. Gather and analyze requirements; ensure operational sign-offs. Design feasible and cost-effective solutions; assess architecture fit. Manage change, incidents, problems, and ensure issue documentation. Monitor SLAs, recommend improvements, and resolve disruptions. Contribute to planning, budgeting, and contract/vendor management. Support audits, DR drills, and generate development/KPI reports. Manage detailed project planning and quality delivery. 2. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors/Masters in IT/Computer Science; MBA preferred. 7+ years in lending (retail/corporate/LCMM) and LOS/LMS/API integration. Team handling experience preferred. Basic development/web technology understanding. Skills in IT Infra, cloud, Postman, API, Oracle, SQL, MySQL. Strong in multitasking, organization, and detail orientation. Knowledge of SDLC, testing, and requirement documentation. Data analysis and visualization tool experience. Strong communication and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft tools; PowerPoint and Visio preferred. Problem-solver with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
