Team Lead- Closing

Role Overview: As a Closer at DR, LLC, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of the loan closing process to ensure timely and accurate completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and generating closing documents according to client specifications, as well as ensuring compliance requirements are met. You will work closely with internal staff, clients, and other agencies to facilitate all closing needs within committed time frames. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve closing issues and expedite corrected documents - Transmit funding information accurately to clients for timely loan funding - Maintain error-free documentation and provide excellent customer service - Ensure customer service surveys meet the designated rating level set by management Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of experience in high-volume loan closing - Knowledge of HARP and Conventional loan closing documentation requirements - Familiarity with HUD/RESPA/GFE Compliance - Proficient in reviewing title commitments, validating closing conditions, and preparing closing documents - Attention to detail, good computer skills in a paperless environment - Strong customer service and communication skills - Willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary Additional Company Details: Digital Risks relies on a blend of human experience and cutting-edge technology to provide mortgage services, making them one of the largest mortgage outsource providers in the U.S. The team at DR, LLC consists of over 1,500 members dedicated to serving clients and workforce with excellence.,
