Team Lead - Banking Operations

You should have a basic understanding of PG products and features, as well as an understanding of the pricing for PG products to drive the TID allocation accordingly. You will be responsible for screening websites and making merchant calls when necessary. Your main objectives will include achieving TAT & quality targets consistently and targeting the Terminal procurement/STB cases at 90%. Additionally, you will need to contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance the merchant experience. You will also be required to own and execute end-to-end cost queries internally, cross-functionally, and with our banking partner. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, both oral and written. You should have proven experience with Google Sheets or Excel and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with our banking partners. Data analytics skills are also essential for understanding and representing the allocated activities with excellent presentation skills.,
