Team Lead- (AI / Cloud/ Enterprise Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Lead, Guide and mentor a team of Developers (Backend/Full Stack/ Frontend)

• Design system architecture, database structure, API flows, and microservices.

• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and technical standards.

• Provide hands-on coding support in critical modules when required.

• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues independently.

2. AI Integration & Modern Tech Adoption

• Integrate AI features using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs.

• Work with Agentic AI workflows (tools, actions, RAG, vector DBs, automation flows).

• Guide team in implementing chatbots, AI assistants, NLP features, embeddings, and predictive logic.

• Support AI POCs, feasibility analysis, and client demos.

3. Cloud, DevOps & Enterprise Architecture

• Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD, Docker, containerization, and deployments.

• Good understanding of AWS/Azure cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM).

• Ensure architecture aligns with scalability, performance, and security standards.

• Troubleshoot deployment, environment, integration, and performance issues.

4. Project Execution

• Break down business requirements into clear technical tasks.

• Plan sprints, distribute responsibilities, and track progress.

• Ensure on-time delivery with quality and proper testing.

• Collaborate with PMs on estimations, effort planning, and client timelines.

5. Client Communication

• Join client calls for technical discussions, requirement clarifications, and demos.

• Present technical solutions, workflows, diagrams, and deployment strategies.

• Provide transparent progress updates, risk alerts, and issue resolutions.

6. Team Development

• Mentor junior/mid-level developers on coding, problem-solving, and architecture.

• Conduct code reviews, internal training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Build a collaborative and ownership-driven team culture.

Frontend:

• React.js / Angular / Vue.js

Databases:

SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

AI Tools (important):

• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Gemini / Claude
• Agentic AI workflows
• Vector DB (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
• RAG, embeddings, API integration
  

Cloud & DevOps:

• AWS or Azure
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Docker (Kubernetes optional but good to have)
