Teaching Fellows – Primary Education Support

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing academic assistance to students in assigned schools.
2. Completing the visit of a school per day.3. Completing 6 teaching hours per visit.4. Engaging directly with students to foster improved learning outcomes.5. Assisting in the implementation of teaching and learning strategies.6. Acting as a bridge between students and the TFL team to ensure quality education delivery.

Only those candidates can apply who:

• Are available for full time (in-office) internship
• Can start the internship between 20th Jul'25 and 24th Aug'25
• Are available for duration of 6 months
• Are from Hapur only
• Have relevant skills and interests
• Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.

Other requirements

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Passionate about improving education and impacting school systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a resident of the district or nearby, as the role requires daily travel to the program site.
• Candidates with a BEd or a diploma in education will have an added advantage.
