Key Responsibilities: 1. Facilitate hands-on workshops and sessions for students on video creation 2. Teach students the basics of storytelling, scriptwriting, sound, and video editing. 3. Manage and maintain the Fyule Video Lab, ensuring all equipment and tools are in working order 4. Encourage students to collaborate on academic and passion projects, guiding them in creating meaningful and engaging videos. 5. Collaborate with other subject teachers to drive academic projects 6. Provide constructive feedback on student projects, helping them enhance their technical and creative skills. 7. Stay updated on the latest trends in video production and integrate them into learning activities. 8. Support the Fyule team in achieving its vision of transforming education through video creation. Bachelor’s degree in education, media studies or a related field 2. Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing is helpful. Training will be provided to conduct the program. 3. Quick learning of video production tools and software 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working with children 5. Should be enthusiastic about creating videos and teaching children how to create these videos 6. Creativity and the ability to inspire students to think outside the box 7. Organizational skills to manage the lab and coordinate multiple projects 8. Prior experience in teaching or training is a plus Salary Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
