Key Responsibilities/ Job description

• Teach and mentor students of primary/Secondary (Class 4 to 12 ) in an engaging and effective manner.
• Create lesson plans that integrate modern teaching methodologies with core academics.
• Focus on conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and activity-based learning.
• Manage classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and interactive assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, workshops, and events.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and growth.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
• Prior teaching experience in a school/institute preferred.
• Strong command over English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Creativity in delivering lessons using digital tools, activities, and real-life examples.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
